Exterior /Windows / Doors1. We recommend checking all windows, doors and trim/ brick molding on the exterior of the home for wood rot and damage of any kind.  You should also check storm doors and screens.Some common areas of damage are the base of the sliding doors/door walls to have wood rot, daylight windows at the bottom of the window to have wood rot where either the sprinklers or the water running off the roof over the years has rotted the window frame.View Photos
